Full-body light therapy · Hildale, Utah
The equipment
The Mental Affluence Light Bed is a full-body light therapy system. You lie down, the panels surround you, and the session runs on a timer. Nothing to hold. People come in on a lunch break and go straight back to work.
Sessions are private. The room is yours for the duration. You set the lights. We set the music.

What the light is
This is a full-body light bed, not a face mask or a single panel. You lie down. Light comes from above and below. Each wavelength does a different job. The session runs on a timer.
Stays at the surface. Used for skin clarity and for a more alert, daytime session.
Also surface-level. The calmer setting: less visible redness, more even tone.
Works nearer the skin. The usual pick for complexion, tone, and the first layer of recovery after a hard day.
Reaches deeper, into muscle. The recovery setting for soreness, training days, and heavy work weeks.
There is no UV. There is no tan and nothing to recover from afterward.
At orientation we give you suggested frequencies. Keep those, or choose your own.
What people come in for
For days that start too early, end too late, or never settle into a pattern.
Athletes, tradespeople, and anyone whose body takes a beating during the week.
A standing appointment through the darker months, when the light outside runs short.
A consistent routine for tone and texture, twenty-five minutes at a time.
Twenty-five minutes with the door closed and the phone somewhere else.
A morning session before the week starts, to walk in sharper than you woke up.
Protocols
Settings change depending on your goal. Sessions stay 25 minutes. We start you on a protocol your first visit and adjust from there.
A 25-minute protocol at the start of the day, most often chosen by people working on sleep timing and daily rhythm.
Recovery settings on a 25-minute session, usually scheduled after training days or heavy work weeks.
Frequent 25-minute sessions on a consistent weekly schedule rather than one at a time.
An evening slot for people who want the quiet more than anything else.
Good to know
Whatever you are comfortable in. Less fabric means more skin exposed to the light, and that is entirely your call.
Goggles are available and optional. If you have an eye disease or have had eye surgery, consult your doctor first.
Most people settle into two or three sessions a week. Consistency matters more than length.
Guests
You can bring guests to orientation or to a light bed session. They share your slot. There is no extra booking and no extra door code. Each guest is $60 and signs before the visit. Up to 10. Add them with the guest checkbox when you book the time, not when you buy the Start Package.
